Cafe Caribbean offers a variety of catering services, including:
Delivery Options
Full-Service Catering of Trinidadian Inspired Food.
Table Service for an additional charge.
Themed Requests which can be acquired from within.
Full Delivery At Cafe Caribbean, we offer flexible delivery options to accommodate your needs. Full delivery service is available within Edmonton for a small additional fee. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your specific requirements.
Event Management Services (inquire within for details).
Set Up and Tear Down at an additional cost.
Booking Process
To ensure we provide the best service possible, we require the following:
Notice: At least two weeks’ notice before the event.
Rush Orders: Available but require full payment upfront.
Minimum Guests: A minimum of 10 guests.
Location: Bookings are available within Edmonton and the surrounding area. For out-of-town bookings, please contact us directly at +1 (780) 660-0969 or email us at catering@cafecaribbean.ca.
Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure the booking.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the start of the service.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Debit Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Must be communicated by email to email@cafecaribbean.ca.
Refunds: Cancellations must be submitted at least one week before the start of the service; otherwise, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Legal Compliance
Cafe Caribbean complies with all regulatory requirements set by the Alberta Government of Canada. For more information, please refer to the Food Retail and Foodservices Code.

Limitation of Liability

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
