We serve two kinds of roti: Paratha, aka buss up shut and Dhalpuri. The Dhalpuri has a thin layer of boiled, ground and seasoned split peas inlaid between two delicious layers with your choice of chicken, beef or goat, served in a traditional curry potato and Chana recipe.
Braised Pork $18.25
Marinated in traditional green seasoning. Pork is then browned using the traditional burning of sugar method and cooked long and slow with hot pepper, which adds a little kick.
Brown Stewed Beef $19.00
Marinated in traditional green seasoning The beef is then browned using the traditional burning of sugar method which creates a unique flavour combination.
Fried Chicken $15.00
Marinated in a blend of Caribbean herbs and spices and fried to perfection.
Steamed Fish $19.00
White fish marinated in traditional green seasoning that is slightly fried , then sautéed in an assortment of vegetables (carrots, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, thyme) and coconut milk.
Curry Chickpeas & Potatoes $14.00
Chickpeas and potatoes are cooked in blend of curries, herbs and aromatics.
Curry Chicken $17.00
Marinated in a blend of curries, herbs and aromatics that is then cooked slow in coconut milk.
